Jose Martínez Miralles is the Chef at the El Péndulo Restaurant. Affectionately known as “Pepito” by his regular clientele, he is a charming and friendly Chef who frequently converses with and attends to diners. His kitchen is also recognised for signature dishes such as Steak Tartare, sirloin steak with aromatic herbs and a potato and egg dish, tuna with a tartare sauce, suckling pig comfit, potatoes with egg and Tuna with Foie and caramelised onion.
From 17:00 onwards the restaurant is transformed into a drinks club and disco until the early hours of the morning. One of the most popular night spots in Castelldefels.
